Grade 8 Parent Info Evening
Grade 8 students and parents are invited to come to GVC to hear
about the registration process and what to expect in Grade 9.
*Please bring your registration package with you!*

GVC Course Expo
Grade 8 classes come tour through the GVC gym and view displays
for each of the courses offered at GVC. Students have the opportunity to interact
with teachers and ask questions about the courses to ensure it is the right
fit for them.

Registration Deadline
On the paper “Grade 9 Course Selection Form”, thoughtfully select
5 OPTIONAL courses and 3 to 4 ALTERNATES. Return this form to your Grade 8 school
with your name on it.

Online Registration for Grade 9
GVC Guidance will visit Grade 8 classes to help students input
their Grade 9 course selections online, using Power School.
Winkler Elementary School – March 11 at 9:30 am
